Fertility advice and recommendations from someone who has been there

Ask Hatty

Hello. I’m Hatty, and I know how it feels to struggle with fertility issues.

I’ve experienced first-hand the frustration, stress, anxiety, anger and loneliness that comes from trying and failing to get pregnant. I know the grief and hopelessness that comes from a miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, or a failed round of IVF. And I also know the joy of finally turning a corner.

When it comes to fertility, there’s so much contradictory advice that it’s hard to navigate good from bad, new from old. And while the medical profession will most likely tell you there’s nothing you can do to help your chances, from my experience, I believe the little things can make all the difference.

I am not funded by any fertility clinics or anyone in the industry. My advice is completely independent and any recommendations I make come without kick-backs.
